We just picked up our last round of pork from the butcher for the year and it’s ready for your nourishment.

Wild Bergamot Farm is offering USDA organically fed and raised soy free and corn free heritage red wattle pork. It is USDA processed and inspected. Sausage is offered in Italian (not spicy) or maple sage breakfast using all USDA organic, non-irradiated herbs and Redmond’s Real Salt that is hand blended right on our farm. We have a natural celery powder cured bacon/sliced jowl and a very limited supply of salt and smoke only cured bacon.

Our pigs have been raised on virgin soils with virtually zero exposure to any pesticides or chemicals. The land has never been farmed or lived on. Their water comes from our private spring which is surrounded by hundred of acres of pristine forested land and is filtered through a commercial filtration system including a UV light. They are fed soaked/fermented feed for optimal nutrition absorption and herbs for digestion, are pharmaceutical free, receive daily belly rubs and hugs and have lived stress free lives expressing their unique piggy nature. Their one bad day consists of a calm 3 mile ride to the butcher. They will be the happiest, healthiest and most loved pork you’ll ever eat.
